Pipe has raised $16 million in a new funding round led by Fin Capital and MaC Venture Capital, marking a key milestone as the company continues scaling its embedded financing platform for small businesses.
The raise follows strong operating momentum, including tripled revenue in 2025 and continued growth into 2026 as demand for flexible, accessible capital solutions increases.
Scaling Embedded Capital Solutions
Pipe provides embedded financing directly within the software platforms small businesses already use. Its flagship product, Pipe Capital, enables businesses to access funding in just a few clicks without leaving their existing workflows.
Since relaunching its platform in 2024, Pipe has:
- Originated over 15,000 advances globally
- Deployed more than $300 million in capital
- Expanded through partnerships with platforms like Uber, GoCardless, and Housecall Pro
This model reflects a broader shift toward embedded financial services, where capital is delivered at the point of need rather than through traditional lending channels.
Growth Driven by Partnerships and AI Integration
Pipe’s growth strategy is centered on platform partnerships and AI-driven underwriting.
New partnerships, including with AI-powered point-of-sale provider Epos Now, are expanding access to capital for both digital and brick-and-mortar businesses across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.
The company is also increasing its global footprint, with 20 percent of originations now coming from outside the U.S., a figure expected to rise.
Path to Profitability and Institutional Support
Pipe is pairing growth with financial discipline. The company recently extended its capital warehouse facility with Victory Park Capital for up to $225 million, supporting continued origination capacity.
Investors are backing this approach. Fin Capital and MaC Venture Capital highlighted Pipe’s consistent growth, product strength, and focus on underserved small businesses as key drivers of conviction.
Why This Matters for Private Markets
This deal highlights several important trends:
- Embedded finance is becoming a core fintech category
- SMB lending is shifting toward platform-based distribution
- AI-driven underwriting is improving access to capital
As traditional lending models face constraints, fintech platforms like Pipe are capturing market share by delivering faster, more flexible solutions.
