Founded in 2014 by Scott Voigt, Joel Webber, and Bruce Johnson in Atlanta, Georgia, FullStory has raised approximately $196 million in total funding and reached a $1.8 billion valuation following its oversubscribed Series D in August 2021.
FullStory's platform captures every user interaction — clicks, scrolls, rage-clicks, and navigation patterns — enabling product, design, and engineering teams to identify friction and improve digital conversion. The company serves over 3,500 enterprise customers in more than 60 countries, including Chipotle, Peloton, Forbes, and Fidelity. In 2025, FullStory launched StoryAI, an agentic AI suite that automatically summarizes sessions, detects anomalies, and predicts behavioral patterns. FullStory reported approximately $93 million in ARR as of 2024 with approximately 600 employees.
The Series D was led by Permira alongside all existing investors including Kleiner Perkins, GV (Google Ventures), Stripes, Dell Technologies Capital, Salesforce Ventures, and Glynn Capital. FullStory is headquartered in Atlanta with offices in London, Sydney, and Singapore.
