Tyson Pitzer

Tyson is a registered representative focused on private real estate capital formation and advisory transactions. Prior to joining FNEX, he was a founding member of the capital advisory team at Park Madison Partners, a private placement and capital solutions firm focused on the real estate private equity market. There, Tyson helped launch the firm’s new business line focused on recapitalizations of all types. Transactions included preferred equity raises, GP-led restructurings, and programmatic joint ventures with gross asset values ranging from $150 million to over $1 billion. Product types spanned multifamily, senior housing, hotel, industrial, and manufactured housing.

Representative mandates included a $150 million joint venture equity syndication and fundraise for two multifamily assets, a $1B programmatic joint venture for a national multifamily development portfolio with a publicly traded sponsor, and a $1.3B GP-led restructuring of a large industrial park replacing HNW investors with one of the largest global alternative investment managers.

Prior to his capital advisory role, as a Partner at C6 Real Estate, he led acquisition and portfolio management initiatives. Tyson also spent over a decade in investment management and development roles as a Portfolio Manager at Madison Marquette, where he oversaw a $1.5 billion retail and residential portfolio. And as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, he implemented operational and technology improvements for national public and private real estate organizations.

Tyson earned his MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas and BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
