Eliot Greffier joined Fournel Advisory in 2020 and is a Senior Associate focused on M&A (sell-side and buy-side), leveraged buyouts, and structured financing transactions. He is involved throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from origination and strategic analysis through execution and closing.
With over six years of experience, Eliot has successfully advised on more than twenty transactions across a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, professional services, hospitality, agri-food, and real estate. He leads financial analysis and valuation workstreams, oversees complex financial modeling, and manages a team of analysts supporting transaction execution.
Eliot brings a strong international perspective to his work, developed through prior professional experiences with LVMH Fragrance & Cosmetics in Singapore and Pivot Banca de Inversión in Bogotá, where he was exposed to cross-border advisory and emerging market transactions.
He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from IÉSEG School of Management and combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic, execution-focused approach to advising clients.
