Mr. Kiffel focuses on equity placement for private real estate syndications. He has successfully placed millions of dollars of investor equity into private real estate syndications with a combined property value of $1B+. He has extensive experience in the multifamily real estate sector, and served as CO-GP on over 2,000 apartment units across separate syndication deals with a combined property value of $500mm+. Mr. Kiffel is the founder of KCG Properties LLC which provides real estate consulting for acquisitions and asset management. KCG Properties also invests its own funds into private multifamily real estate syndications. Mr. Kiffel serves as co-founder and partner of Maayan Ventures LLC which owns and operates luxury vacation rental homes. Prior to this, Mr. Kiffel worked at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers as a lead financial auditor within their asset management groups. Mr. Kiffel graduated cum laude from UMUC with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Accounting. Mr. Kiffel holds an active CPA in the state of Maryland. Mr. Kiffel holds FINRA SIE, Series 63 and Series 82 licenses.
