David Clark

Mr. Clark has more than 38 years in investment management, banking, enterprise software and telecommunications focusing on capital raising, revenue growth, investor relations and M&A. Mr. Clark co-founded Indiana Angel Network, consisting of investors and venture capitalists. He founded the Noyes Indiana Seed Fund and served as the Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group of David A. Noyes & Co. Prior to that Mr. Clark served as a Venture Partner and Member of the Investment Committee for Elevate Ventures, which oversaw $200 million investment portfolios and $25-35 million in investments per year. David holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University and FINRA Series  7, 63, and 79 licenses.
